Avi-Cenna International School, is located in 6 Harold Shodipo Crescent,Behind Lagos Country Club GRA Ikeja,Lagos. The school was named after the so called “Prince of physicians”, Avi-Cena, who lived in the 9th Century AD. The school was established in 1989 by a Jordanian couple as a co-educational British curriculum secondary school. Avi-Cenna International is one of the schools in Lagos with the most diverse nationalities among students. The school also stands out as having one of the least teachers to students ratio.
The school has proven in recent times to be exceptional not only in its opulent facilities but also in students’ performance at external examinations like the IGCSE.
