To make the espresso, ground your coffee beans very fine. Two table spoons or 1oZ will do for a cup. Turn on your coffee Maker for at least 15 minutes to ensure water in its tank is heated up. Like almost every other thing however, too much of it, i.e. more than five, six cups a day on a regular basis will start to make you see odd things like your hands turning on its own. Coffee that you take in the morning will probably be out of your body before bed time. Cut it, go find what’s keeping you awake at night because its probably not coffee. I don’t need liars to help me sell my stuff; coffee does not help you lose weight. It makes you pee no doubt, but that doesn’t mean it dehydrates you. Does the coffee increase your blood pressure? You might want to take fewer cups or have your doctor advise you on it.

While Espresso is the most basic, loved by straight-to-the-point drinkers who (don’t quote me) probably are avoiding energy drink, there are several variants which indulges your taste bud immeasurably. You will understand, when you see, why some old time Puritans consider it hedonistic to take one in the morning.

Latte is made when you pour your steamed milk over the espresso. The most basic element apparently is frothing the fresh full milk straight from the fridge.  What makes a great latte is the texturing of the milk. This is achieved by steaming it. to give a creamy feel. The steam wand usually beside the coffee maker is deeped into the milk just below the surface. You should hear a fine hissing sound when the wand is turned on. Just about when the jug gets hot for the hand, stop. Pour the creamy steamed milk into the espresso.
